F.A.Q
Can I combine InstaSculpting and BMC?
Yes. For maximum definition, you must address both fat and muscle. InstaSculpting reduces the fat layer and tightens skin, while Body Muscle Contour (BMC) builds the underlying muscle. Stacking these ensures you are not just losing volume, but gaining visible tone.
Does stacking modalities improve my results?
Absolutely. Combining Sculpting with Recovery tools creates a necessary physiological cycle:
● Mobilize: Sculpting (Insta/BMC) breaks down fat cells and stimulates muscle.
● Flush: Recovery tools (Normatec/Sauna) accelerate the lymphatic system to
remove those cells.
● Repair: Red Light Therapy provides the cellular
What is the most effective session order?
We recommend Sculpting first, Recovery second. Starting with InstaSculptingTM or BMC triggers the biological change; following immediately with Red Light or Compression ensures your body begins processing those changes before you even leave the studio.
The Commitment: Timing & Maintenance
How many combined sessions are required for a visible change?
While Recovery services provide immediate systemic benefits, the structural changes from Insta + BMC typically require 4 to 6 combined sessions scheduled 48–72 hours apart. Required sessions may vary based on individual goals and physiology.
How much time do I need to clear in my schedule?
A single “Sculpt” service is 45 minutes. If you are stacking (Insta + BMC + Recovery), plan for 90–95 minutes. Our protocols are designed for maximum efficiency.
The Essentials: Safety & Access
Is there a limit to how many services I can do in one day?
No. Our modalities are non-invasive and synergistic. You can safely move from Sculpting to the Sauna, Cold Plunge, and Red Light in a single visit to maximize your metabolic impact.
Can I do this if I have a metal implant or a piercing?
If you have internal metal (plates/screws) in the treatment area, you cannot do BMC. All piercings in the treatment area must be removed before your session.
